I started this blog because I expected to miss my social media world within Meta. I thought I would need a different type of outlet to share things and connect with friends. Turns out I don't. lol I left Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok at the same time and have been completely fine without them. Newly added to my "dead to me" list: Target, Amazon, Walmart, and Lowe's. It turns out boycotting companies that want to take part in dismantling our democracy and/or furthering racist agendas is a lot easier than I thought! In saying that, I don't know that I will post here very often. Definitely not as often as I thought. I am on Bluesky frequently and you can find me there as the-redheaded-one (I try to stay consistent with my screen names lol).
I do realize that leaving social media means I risk losing quite a few friendships. I am working on texting friends more and trying to communicate with them one-on-one. That's more genuine anyway. If I don't have your number and want to talk, text me. (253) 691-0779
